Witchcraft & Deliverance Chronicles: Doreen Irvine (The Occult)

Continuing with our Witchcraft & Deliverance Chronicles, this is the story of Doreen Irvine. Now if you, like me, grew up reading the Rebecca Brown books like He Came to Set the Captives Freethen this woman's story will sound eerily similar. Actually I believe, He Came to Set the Captives Free is "spiritual warfare fiction" meaning that absolutely everything that happens in those books is 200% real and actually happened--just not (entirely) to Dr. Brown and Elaine. And since lovely Doreen had been around for a long time (passed away this year, I believe) it makes sense that the book would be based on her life.

Nothing New Under the Sun

That which has been is what will be, that which is done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun. (Ecclesiastes 1:9)

King Solomon stated these words thousands of years ago and they ring true even now. There is truly nothing new under the sun. Yet with all this learning and never coming to the knowledge of truth, we have forgotten our past, our history. So with that in mind, here are seven things that are not new under the sun.

Spiders, Webs & Witchcraft

Last night, I was downstairs, going back and forth between the kitchen and the family room, trying to watch Ten Commandments and do some dishes. There was a REALLY annoying bug plaguing me in the kitchen. He kept flying to the light. At one point, he landed on the kitchen floor and I was tempted to kill him. But I decided texting was more important. This gave the bug a chance to fly away during my preoccupation and thus, continue his plague upon my sanity.

I finished my dishes (and texting) and sat down to actually watch the movie classic. But the bug followed me, much to my chagrin. The utter angst! But then he went back to the kitchen. And then I didn't hear him anymore.

I wondered if he landed and I had a shoe, ready to smack him down! But nothing. I turned on the main kitchen light, still couldn't hear anything. And then I looked down... There he was, caught in a web in the corner of the wall...

12 Biblical Practices Witches Believe & Practice

My profuse apologies for pausing the God in Narnia Series! If you want to catch up on all of the installments posted thus far, you can do so here. I’m currently going through an insanely, unreal, intense situation that I will not completely recount in this post, but you will get a very good idea about once you read this post. You can get the full account in my forthcoming Kingdom Mandates book. Yet in the midst of it all, it showed me that I can now speak from experience about some godly spirituals that I’ve seen counterfeited in the world of darkness, specifically witchcraft.

Now you can choose to not believe this, but I’ve lived through it by the grace of God--as have many others--and so I will now use this knowledge to expose the devil and, with the grace of God, take more territory for the Kingdom of God! So with that in mind, here are 12 biblical practices that witches believe and practice.

Angels, Aliens & Deception

I'm researching angels and angelic activity in the world for my new story (yet to be titled) and the Lord brought back to my remembrance a passage in Galatians that reads:

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. (Galatians 1:8, 9)

REBUTTAL: 7 Bible Quotes Supporting Gay Relationships

I was severely grieved in my spirit and frankly, flatout angry, when I learned about the Youtube video “7 Bible Quotes Supporting Gay Relationships.” The web show is hosted by lesbian vlogger, Arielle Scarcella featuring LGBT activist, Matthew Vines. Vines is the author of God and the Gay Christian which explains “how you can reconcile being gay with believing in the Bible.” Quite obviously, you cannot “reconcile” living a lifestyle of what God calls an abomination with the Word and blessings of God. IT’S NOT POSSIBLE.

Open Letter to Planned Parenthood

Hopefully by now, you’ve heard the all-insulting, entirely abhorrent news that Planned Parenthood is now circulating a letter to clergy to hand out to their parishioners in SUPPORT of their decision to abort. I can honestly say that I’ve never heard anything so vile, so utterly abhorrent in all my life. After reading the letter, I was ready to chop off some heads and make ‘em roll!! Not literally of course, yet that’s sure how I felt. There’s nothing so godless as the legalised murder of an innocent child and enlisting clergy--men and women who are meant to UPHOLD the Word of God--to counsel others in their decisions AGAINST the Word of God just adds insult to injury. If you consider yourself a Christian and see no problem with abortion, have voted in politicians of any level who are pro-Abortion, or have simply never spoken out in anyway against it, you seriously need to reconsider your salvation or rather, the lack thereof. There are three great moral issues of our day and abortion is certainly one of them. If you are in support of abortion, then you are not a Christian, plain and simple. So, with all this in mind, here is my open letter to Planned Parenthood.
