12 Biblical Practices Witches Believe & Practice
My profuse apologies for pausing the God in Narnia Series! If you want to catch up on all of the installments posted thus far, you can do so here. I’m currently going through an insanely, unreal, intense situation that I will not completely recount in this post, but you will get a very good idea about once you read this post. You can get the full account in my forthcoming Kingdom Mandates book. Yet in the midst of it all, it showed me that I can now speak from experience about some godly spirituals that I’ve seen counterfeited in the world of darkness, specifically witchcraft.
Now you can choose to not believe this, but I’ve lived through it by the grace of God--as have many others--and so I will now use this knowledge to expose the devil and, with the grace of God, take more territory for the Kingdom of God! So with that in mind, here are 12 biblical practices that witches believe and practice.
Spiritually Neutral
Before proceeding know this, all spiritual laws are neutral; they are neither good nor bad. It is the motivation, the heart behind, and the intentions of those enacting the laws that makes the difference. We’ll explore this below.
1) Building Altars
In the Old Testament, the Israelites built actual altars. They used (12) stones which, according to Jesus, have the potential to be instruments of praise (Luke 19:40), but that’s another blogpost. Now, in the dispensation of grace, the concept remains the same: we build altars with our praise. God is enthroned on the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). But witches and Satanists build altars too. How do I know? Because recently, some witches built one for me. Complete with my upside-down picture. In a pentagram. (We’ll touch on the picture a little later.) And while I doubt they were praising their “Father Below” as referenced in The Screwtape Letters, they still understood the necessity of an altar.
2) Prayer
From Samuel proclaiming, “Far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you” (I Samuel 12:23) to Paul admonishing us to “Pray without ceasing” (I Thessalonians 5:17), we see that prayer is a foundational and necessary element to Christianity. So is it with the witches I encountered because as they built their altar against me, they gathered “veteran pray-ers” to join together in a “stronghold of prayer day and night” against me. So praying doesn’t make you special or Christian. Pagans pray around the world, but they ain’t prayin’ to the Jesus I know!
3) Sending the Word
David prophesied this powerful principle of Jesus and we see it take place in the story of the Centurion.
We as Christians have the ability to speak and send the Word of God in prayer and see results. This is why prayer lines, prayers on television and the internet, as well as over the phone all work. However, these witches have caught on to the power of sending words as well. Accept whereas we pray, decree (write), and declare (speak) the Word of God, they curse as these tried to curse me.
4) Fasting
I’ve heard John Bevere and another minister I cannot momentarily recall mention a story (maybe the same one?) of a Christian minister flying on a plane. His seat-neighbor turned down the airplane food for the sake of fasting. Excited (and SO very wrong!), the minister looked at the man and said something like, “Oh you’re fasting?! I’m a Christian too!” But the man looked at him back and said, “I’m a Satanist.” *cue scary music* The minister then asked the Satanist what he was fasting for when he replied, “The failure of Christian marriages in the nation.” The devil is a lie!!
Unfortunately, I’ve had witches masquerading as New Age pastors fasting against me. First it was, “we’ll fast for three days to increase our power over her.” Then when three days wasn’t enough, they said “let’s fast until.” Well, I don’t mean to point out the obvious, but I’m STILL ALIVE. And it’s only by the grace of God and prayers of the saints! I’m really hoping they come to Jesus because if these witches continue to fast “until” they, then they’ll fast until they die. #NotMyProblem
Fasting is wonderful! I did a little fasting myself in this situations and may do so again. Because after all, Jesus said, “this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting” (Matthew 17:21).
5) Corporate Unity
Unity is wonderful! Corporate unity creates an environment where God is bound by His Word to send the “commanded blessing.” However, we saw back in Genesis at the Tower of Babel the negative effects of unity. God literally had to confused the peoples’ language, and then divide the single continent (Pangea) to keep them separated so as to prevent their specific brand of wickedness from succeeding (Genesis 10:25, I Chronicles 1:19). But Jews and Christians aren’t the only peoples these days who understand the power of unity and agreement in thought and prayer. Obviously, the witches and other pagans have figured this out too. (See #2.)
6) Petitions
At one point, the witch with a vendetta against me prepared a bottle full of hot peppers and some herbs. Then he took a piece of paper and wrote a petition, presumably to Satan to curse me in some way. He then proceeded to wrap the petition around the bottle and throw it into a lake. (If you know what this was meant to accomplish, please tell me; I’d love to know!) Whatever the intention was, it surely did NOT work, thank you Jesus!
We are to make our requests and petitions known to God, not another god. But don’t think Satan won’t pay heed to your ungodly petitions; he’ll take any chance he can to harm you, especially if you’re a child of God. The hedge of the Lord prevented him from granting this evil petition against me, yet what if I had had something in common with the enemy? (See John 14:30.) What if I had an open doorway, window, heart, or crack to the devil? He would have had his petition granted.
7) Spiritual Laws
There are many spiritual laws, but as alluded to in the introduction, for every Kingdom and apostolic model, there is a demonic counterfeit. God says to man, “have dominion over every living thing.” So Satan swindles him out of his authority, only returned through Jesus’ death and resurrection, and even now, we must appropriate our dominion. When God sent Deborah, Satan sent her counterfeit, Jezebel, then God had to shut Satan down again, and sent Elijah. Prayer works whether we pray to God or Satan. Faith works whether we put it in God or in fear. Neutral is the name of the game. And even terms like “petition” and the following item, “executing judgment,” are legal in nature. God is a legal God and angels, heavenly or otherwise, still reflect that attribute. And as humans, we are either legal vessels through which God can move or legal pawns through which Satan can work. Choose your owner carefully!
8) Executing Judgment
The term this head witch kept using against me was “execute judgment.” We’re executing judgment against her. I have the right to execute judgment against “other” believers. The devil is a lie!! And his mother-in-law!! We do not serve the same God, neither does an ungodly man have a right to execute judgment, spiritually on any human being. But God is so amazing because even before the witch started praying and working toward this intention, God began to put “executing judgment” on my heart too.
Now I do not use this term lightly. I have the fear of the Lord for real and do not run around pronouncing judgment on people! However, there are (some) exceptions to this rule. Judgement was pronounced ALL.THE.TIME in the Old Testament. But that was a different dispensation of time than the one we live in. Yet, we see it infrequently in the New Testament as well in cases such as:
Jesus & the Fig Tree (withered, death)
Peter vs. Ananias & Sapphira (death)
Paul & Immoral Man (excommunication)
Herod Agrippa I (death)
This stuff ain’t nothin’ to play with! From Pharaoh's entire (chariot) army being destroyed in a moment through Moses to she-bears mauling 42 youths who mocked Elisha to Herod Agrippa being struck by worms before a crowd, we cannot pronounce judgement lightly. Only when explicitly led of God should we pronounce judgement on a person. Vengeance belongs to God. HOWEVER, God has no problem executing judgement against spirits. And He kept bringing my attention to passages where He Himself executed judgement against the spirits behind peoples and nations. Just look it up!
And just so you know, the head witch did indeed have God’s judgement executed against Him (if only in part) for touching God’s anointed. He, in true poetic justice, was cast into a literal sickbed that God warned Jezebel of in Revelation 2:22!
Note: We did NOT pray for God’s wrath to fall on this man or his other buddy-witches. We prayed that God would save him and still are. But God will be God and He does what He will. Praying evil on those who are evil to us is against the teaching of Christ and pure evangelical witchcraft. In other words, you become guilty of the very thing you are cursing! Jezebel has the same end whether she rears her ugly head in the world or the church. Beware!
9) Points-of-Contact
Many times, godly intercessors will have a wall or collection of pictures sent in of loved ones and even people they don’t know personally as a type of point of contact to pray more effectively for them. Now we don’t do anything with the pictures, but I believe, it helps to focus our prayers and remember to cover them. Yet it seems the witches also use this method. And take it a step further as turning a picture upside down, placing it in a pentagram, or other actions must be meant to produce certain actions against the person pictured.
10) Prophetic Demonstrations
A prophetic demonstration is when a Christian (prophet) does a prophetic act or creates a prophetic illustration that speaks of what God intends to do. Some examples are:
These can be as simple as doing a physical 180 or 360 degree turn when the [wo]man of God commands you to or as intense as giving birth to a child while you simultaneously give birth to a ministry or business. The act may also be intentional (i.e. turning around while singing “Turn it Around”) or unintentional (i.e. conceiving a child months before your ministry/business is conceived). I believe that, among other things, hexes/rituals like the “peppery” one performed against me, were also demonic “prophetic” demonstrations.
Note: The Kingdom of Darkness CANNOT prophesy. They can predict and they can tell you untrue things that you choose to come into agreement with through your faith in or fear of them, but it is not the same as a godly man or woman speaking a word into existence. The Kingdom of Darkness can only borrow, counterfeit, and imitate what it sees the Kingdom of Light do, but rest assure, your belief in it will bring you into subjection and servitude to that demonic kingdom!
11) Out-of-Body Experiences
We are all composed of three parts: body, soul, and spirit. Our human flesh is the earth suit that houses the our other two selves. The soul is the seat of our emotions and will. The spirit man, which was before these earth suits, was made to commune with God from the beginning, but through sin, corruption entered. So now when people such as these witches play with spiritual matters, they do so with their soul. That’s why you often hear the term “soulish” when it comes to these matters. It’s also connected to the flesh because it is carnal, not godly. So then witchcraft is a soulish work of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21).
Now with that in mind, an ungodly person involved in deep witchcraft such as New Age as these witches are can cause their spirits to leave their bodies. This is called astral-projection. They can do this without dying because their spirit and soul is connected to their body by a silver cord. When it’s cut, you’re dead. Solomon referenced this (see above), yet you also see this concept portrayed throughout mythology such as Greek Mythology.
Those who practice this, such as the witches after me and actress Shirley MacLaine, do so at the risk of their own health because since they’re not being called out of their bodies at the will of God, their bodies age faster by playing with these otherworldly things. Some young people I’ve been witnessing to have been totally freaked out (and understandably so!) because these witches have been spying on them, from Miami to Vancouver, through astral-projection. At one point, the main witch was blowing up my acquaintance’s phone, harassing and likely threatening him, because he knew he was talking to me and I was sharing the Word of God with him. But it also seems they haven’t been successful in spying on me thanks to the Blood of Jesus which covers me, the shadow of the Almighty which covers me, and the angels which protect me. Praise God for His divine protection!!
12) Blood Sacrifices
There is power in the blood! Abel’s blood cried out before God when Cain slew him in a jealous rage. The blood of the aborted children (an indirect demonic sacrifice to the god Moloch/Chemosh) cries out before God, inciting Him to vengeance on the guilty perpetrators.
The shedding of blood in male circumcision was the sign of the male’s covenant with God. The shedding of the woman’s hyman in the consummation of marriage is a sign before God of the purity of the union.
The blood of sacrifices also speaks before God. Animal sacrifices under the Old Covenant were the propitiation for the sins of Israel. Before that, the blood of a pure lamb protected the Israelites from God as He Himself came down to Egypt and executed judgment on the nation’s gods by killing the firstborn of all Egypt. After the Old Testament--well, actually before the foundations of the earth, in eternity--Jesus was and is the Lamb for sinners slain, the great and eternal Passover Lamb. And the blood of this pure and holy Lamb covers all of our sins, heals all our diseases, and yet protects us from the enemy. There is power in the blood! Yet Satan also knows this and so, mocks God by making animal and human sacrifices unto Himself.
Children born, off the record, for the express purpose of being pure, Satanic sacrifices. The breaking of a virgin’s hymen in pagan, ritualistic sex is one of the most powerful forms of magic. The blood of (dead) virgin girls being used for serious witchcraft purposes. The blood flowing from the sacrifice of any human being on a Satanic high day such as Halloween or Beltane (May Day, a day of Celtic Baal worship, see “Bel”), etc. is particularly powerful. So naturally it was alarming when the girl I’ve been witnessing to contacted me, fearful (and for good reason!) that these witches were really Satanists, blinding her loved ones so they could make her a sacrifice. THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!!! She’s still alive and will remain so until God calls her home because she is desperate for God. But what about all the others bred, groomed, or kidnapped for these purposes. If you don’t believe me, ask a police officer who works in Miami, the seedbed of witchcraft in America. Ask the local authorities and government officials in an African nation. Children and young women are being kidnapped ALL.THE.TIME for these demonic purposes. Time to wake up!!
SUMMATION
The devil IS a liar! He is the ultimate copycat, imitator, and counterfeiter. And if we could already grasp that while we may yet have to fight him in battles, when we stand on the Word of God, we remember that he is already defeated! Just like I’ve told those interceding with me, we are declaring the end from the beginning in our warfare: WE WIN!! I share all of this with you because as children of Light (God), we are meant to be enLIGHTened, not wallowing in the darkness of ignorance. Watch AND pray. (Live holy EVERY day!) Be encouraged!
