When Jezebel’s Wounded Become Jezebel’s Prophets

When people believe that false prophets, psychics, witches, and Satanists exist, but refuse to believe that godly prophets exist, what they are really saying--without knowing it, of course--is that Satan is more powerful than God. But the devil IS a liar!!! If there is a counterfeit, that always means there is an authentic. Turn to the Word of God, turn off your bitter, wounded, resentful filter, and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal HIS truth, THE truth, to you, before it's too late.

I sympathize with many people who feel this way because when you hear them discuss why they believe what they believe, you soon discover or discern that they were abused by false prophets or a true prophet who simply was not a good example at the time. Trust me, I've been there too! And God wants to heal all of those, especially those who are His children, and bring them into true wholeness.

However, the problem with these individuals is that more often than not, they end up putting their mouth on the real thing: speaking against them, gossiping, slandering, attacking their character...in other words, they begin to operate under the same mantle of false prophecy--which IS witchcraft--that they accuse others of operating under. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. They begin to operate as a false prophet in a spirit of Jezebel, in a religious spirit, and accuse and publicly tear down the true prophets of God.

Witchcraft is a serious offense, however it came in. You might say, “Whoa there, ‘Jezebel-woman!’ Aren't you on a bit of a witch hunt?” To which I would, of course, reply: no. Here's how it works:

1. You are wounded by the Spirit of Jezebel.
2. If the wounds go untreated or you nurse them, then you begin to effectively DISbelieve the Word of God because the Word of God supports true prophetic ministry; It never did away with it.
3. You begin to operate in rebellion because if you no longer believe in the prophetic, then you no longer believe that “He Himself gave some to be...prophets...that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine,” (Eph. 4:11-16). You no longer believe in one of the Fivefold ministry offices which are the government of the Body of Christ, so you rebel against them.
4. You no longer believe that the gift and the utterance of prophecy exists which is a form of denying part of the testimony of Jesus which is the spirit of prophecy (Rev. 19:10).
5. You no longer believe the Word of God which says the gifts and callings of God are without repentance (Rom. 11:29).
6. And all of this rebellion is the equivalent of witchcraft as the PROPHET Samuel warned Saul of before he himself fell and began to seek out necromancers (I Sam. 15:23).
7. Finally, you become a witch. Perhaps not a formal one, but an evangelical witch. You begin to operate in the same spirit that wounded you to begin with and unless there is true repentance and reformation in your life...
8. You begin to not only believe, but speak against, teach against, preach against, and blog against the true prophets and the true supernatural power of God, inciting other immature and or wounded or new believers to do the same. And unless there is true repentance and reformation in your life...
9. Jezebel (Satan) wins.

God help you.

God ALWAYS provides time for Jezebel and her children to repent. He is a loving God Who would that NONE perish. Yet if they choose to continue in their rebellion, then her end--their end--is swift.

“Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.” (Revelation 2:20-23)

Now you may be saying. “Jesus is talking about sexual immorality and idolatry!!” He sure is! Yet these are metaphorical as well as literal. Allow me to break it down:

Sexual Seduction

Seduction in the natural can be likened to seduction in the spirit. This stems from spirits called “seducing spirits,” angels of light, and the method of their seduction is doctrines of demons.

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils… (I Timothy 4:1 KJV)

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. (II Corinthians 11:13-15)

Sexual Immorality

Sexual immorality is often a euphemism for spiritual harlotry and adultery. Spiritual harlotry and fornication is best represented by a person or people who participate in false religions (i.e. witchcraft, Baal worship, Buddhism, etc.) who have never had a relationship with God. Spiritual adultery is when you “play the harlot” and “cheat” on God so to speak by trying to serve Him and other gods of your choosing. This is an issue the Children of Israel ran into CONSTANTLY.

Jezebel is a spiritual harlot who leads others into her harlotries, as is the Queen of Heaven a.k.a. the Whore of Babylon.

Now it happened, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, “Is it peace, Jehu?” So he answered, “What peace, as long as the harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft are so many?” (II Kings 9:22)

Because of the multitude of harlotries of the seductive harlot, The mistress of sorceries, Who sells nations through her harlotries, And families through her sorceries. (Nahum 3:4)

Now Israel remained in Acacia Grove, and the people began to commit harlotry with the women of Moab. They invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. So Israel was joined to Baal of Peor, and the anger of the Lord was aroused against Israel. (Number 25:1-3)

I have seen your adulteries And your lustful neighings, The lewdness of your harlotry, Your abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe to you, O Jerusalem! Will you still not be made clean?” (Jeremiah 13:27)

Idolatry

Now while we’ve discussed that spiritual harlotry and adultery is actually representative of idolatry, you may be saying is this repetitive? Yes and no. Yes in that idolatry may very well be literal. No in that it is also metaphorical as well. Stubbornness is relying on one’s own will instead of praying, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven,” (Matt. 6:10).

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. (I Samuel 15:23)

Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness...While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. (Hebrews 3:8, 15 KJV)

And it came to pass, when the judge was dead, that they reverted and behaved more corruptly than their fathers, by following other gods, to serve them and bow down to them. They did not cease from their own doings nor from their stubborn way. (Psalm 78:8)

So I gave them over to their own stubborn heart, To walk in their own counsels. (Psalm 81:12)

Therefore circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and be stiff-necked no longer. (Deuteronomy 10:16)

Nevertheless they would not hear, but stiffened their necks, like the necks of their fathers, who did not believe in the Lord their God. (II Kings 7:14)

To sum it up, many Jezebels and false prophets in the modern-day, Western Church scenario are not whoring around, preaching pagan myths, and bowing down to idols. Now don’t get me wrong! There are indeed some. Yet I’d say that vast majority of them have been unknowingly seduced by angels of light and attempt to teach against Scripture whilst using Scripture (out of context), and are too “stiff-necked” to admit they were wrong and repent. This is the danger of blaspheming the Holy spirit which I believe many who occupy the office of false prophets operate in.

The Unpardonable Sin

Someone once commented, sarcastically, “the blood of Jesus isn’t powerful enough to cover the sin of blaspheming the Holy Spirit.” I was taken aback for a minute because frankly, I didn’t know how to respond immediately. Obviously the blood of Jesus is capable of washing away any and every sin. So why then is blaspheming the Holy Spirit the “unpardonable sin”?

It’s the nature of the sin.

Anyone who worries over and asks, “Have I blasphemed the Holy Spirit?” has most certainly NOT blasphemed the Holy Spirit. Because if they had, they wouldn’t be concerned about it. Why? Because if they had, they wouldn’t think they’d done anything wrong. This is the danger and nature of the sin.

Pride and arrogance blinds you to the fact that you are in error and if you do not come to the Spirit-led, heartfelt understanding that you have grieved the Spirit of God, then you cannot come to a place of repentance, and thus you cannot be forgiven of your sin. What a sad, sad situation!

This is one of the lesser-known dangers of allowing your wounds from Jezebel to turn you into a proselyte of Jezebel.

This is why I warn people, “Don’t become who hurt you.” When you nurse your wounds instead of seeking healing from them and exposing them in a safe environment, you require what caused the wound to “fix” the wound. You haven’t, but you believe you have. And next thing you know, the abused child becomes the abusive father; the molested child, becomes the child molester; the satanically abused child becomes the Satanic priest; and yes, Jezebel’s victim becomes Jezebel’s host.

I suspect that most Jezebels are someone who did not handle well the wounds inflicted by another Jezebel.

Don’t join their ranks.

Get healed, delivered, and set free. God can do it! He desires to do it! Stop giving glory to Satan and instead, allow your life to be a testament of the healing, transforming power of God today!
