All tagged spiritual wickedness in high places
Recently, I was watching a teaching by John Paul Jackson. In it, he was breaking down how psychic healings actually operate. Here is the summation: Let’s say you have a problem with your foot. You go to the psychic healer (or witch doctor, or shaman, or New Age pastor, etc.) and they do their thing and the problem leaves your foot. You walk away thinking you’re healed when in actuality, you’ve traded a problem in your foot for a problem in your heart or your kidney or your spleen. You get the idea.
When I first heard the news about the passing of Prophet Kim Clement, I sitting at my laptop working. At 6:03am, I called into my prayerline and while looking at my phone, I noticed an email from the House of Destiny (Kim’s online church that I was a “member” of) sent at 5:53am entitled, “The Sad News of Kim’s Passing” and my face went dumb - I couldn’t process the words, and clicked the email thinking it was some sort of mistake. But it wasn’t.
Dear, dear, dear gay community: you don’t need the right to get married. You already had it. You need deliverance. All of the love, identity, and affirmation that you are seeking can only ever be found in God Almighty. And the good news is, He is already seeking you! Cry out to God, repent for your sins (we ALL have to do it daily), and turn your heart and life over to Him. Then and only then will you have the liberty you are so longing for.

Okay, so technically, this isn't actually part of the sermon series, but it's on-topic so I wanted to include it anyway. *smile* All of the spirits have the potential to be a stronghold in your life, family, and ministry, so I wanted to be sure and include it. About a week and a half ago, I posted Part I of How I Fell Prey to Jezebel (How to Identify This Spirit in Your Life) so if you haven't read it yet, please do. I've since read--and completed--Jennifer LeClaire's PHENOMENAL book, The Spiritual Warrior's Guide to Defeating Jezebel and interestingly enough, it confirmed many of the points in both Part I and II of this topic (albeit better articulated with more examples and deeper understanding).
