Demonic Exchange, Divine Reversal

In my deliverance journey, I have come to learn of something called demonic exchange. A demonic exchange is when the plan of God for someone’s life, good and godly things, is directly hijacked by the power of darkness in order to grant the favour, success, notoriety, glory, influence, settlement, wealth, etc. ordained for one person to another. In essence, your destiny is stolen and buried, kept from you, to frustrate you, keep you in cycles, rob you of hope, and keep you from living in and accomplishing the plan of God for your life.

Generational Curses in the Church, Part I

Last night, I was scrolling through a Christian debate group on I belong to on Facebook when I stumbled across a clip someone shared featuring Pastor Dharius Daniels. I was BLOWN AWAY!!! Generally speaking, I’ve heard and now seen that the man is a BEAST! This clip absolutely proved it. He walks us through the generational “habit” of lying in the family of Abraham reaching the fourth generation, Jacob’s sons (minus Joseph and Benjamin). He mentioned how we so readily focus on generational curses in families, but rarely do we look at this same concept in the context of churches. My Lord! And it’s the truth! Generational curses in the Church are a very real problem, but as Jesus said, the truth shall set you free! Let’s dig in.

Purim: Suffering the Sins of the Father

On this the Feast of Purim, we remember the mighty deliverance of Jehovah against the enemies of Israel in the Medo-Persian Empire during the reign of Ahasuerus/Xerxes I (485–464 b.c.). We remember how Haman, the lead prince (advisor) of the king, schemed because of his hatred of Mordecai the Jew who sat in the king’s gates, to kill not just him, but ALL of the Jewish people throughout the ENTIRE empire. You may read the account here.

BARRENNESS: The Gift of God

My awesome big bro, Sean Smith shared a recent sermon of his with me entitled "Your Spark is Coming Back!" that he preached at the SHE Women's Conference at The Rock Family Worship Center. In it, he reminded me of something I'm very familiar with: barrenness. And it also reminded me of a Note I posted on Facebook a while back. It resonated so well that I wanted to re-share it with you all here. So, enjoy and be encouraged!
