Continuing with our Witchcraft & Deliverance Chronicles, this is the story of Doreen Irvine. Now if you, like me, grew up reading the Rebecca Brown books like He Came to Set the Captives Free, then this woman's story will sound eerily similar. Actually I believe, He Came to Set the Captives Free is "spiritual warfare fiction" meaning that absolutely everything that happens in those books is 200% real and actually happened--just not (entirely) to Dr. Brown and Elaine. And since lovely Doreen had been around for a long time (passed away this year, I believe) it makes sense that the book would be based on her life.
