PAYMENT

Up front. Unless we have an arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

For Cancellations at Least 24 Hours Beforehand

You may reschedule at any time.

For Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Beforehand

First Time: You may reschedule once with no additional charge.

Not Your First Time: You may reschedule, yet with a 25% rate increase.

TARDINESS & NO SHOWS

My time is valuable, and so is yours. If you’re late for your appointment or a seminar, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, I promise to honour our appointments, and be on time as well.  

Definition of “No Show”

  • For a 1 Hour Appointment & Seminar: 10 minutes no show + no notification = I hang up

For a 2 Hour Appointment & Seminar: 15 minutes no show + no notification = I hang up

For a 3-4 Hour Appointment & Seminar: 20 minute no show + no notification = I hang up

No Shows for Paid Appointments & Seminars

If you are a no show (see definition below), then you may reschedule, yet with a 35% rate increase.

No Shows for Free Appointments & Seminars

No reschedule for public events. No playbacks if applicable.

REFUNDS

When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time to be available to serve you. And especially for trainings, seminars, and workshops, great, time and effort is put into the materials that I personally produce. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds. If you’re not sure about my paid trainings, then you may want to take advantage of my free events to make sure my style is right for you, then go from there.
